        Description:
This meditation practice called is Shamata which means peaceful abiding where we synchronize mind and body by focusing on the breath. Sitting meditation will be broken up by brief periods of walking meditation where the focus will be on sensation of the feet meeting the ground instead of focusing on the breath. We will do two periods each of sitting and walking meditation. A Q&A will follow. If time permits a diad will be tried.
