Mediation lead by Lady Casa will visualize, balance, and align the energy for all seven chakras including the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. Each chakra will be referred to as if we were cats! For example when referencing the root chakra, she will guide the camp kitties to root their energy like a cat would stretching and/or climbing a tree. This will be a fun, interactive, and great exercise for the appreciation of cat energy and connecting with our mind, body, and souls. Me-Oum and Namaste
