Description:
The Cocoon is sheer, stretchy enclosure made of colorful spandex and a zipper. From the outside, the Cocoon embodies architecture as a live, morphing sculpture, based on the forces of the body. From the inside, the Cocoon is a blank slate, out of which you have the freedom to create and stylize your experience. In order to go through great transformations, we must let our out-of-date stories die so a new paradigm can be born. In this workshop we will re-enact that experience of death and re-birth, emerging through a "birth canal" with the support and assistance of the group to guide us towards a transformed self.
