There is a lot of hidden abuse in our country and only a few outlets that offer a safe environment and tools for healing.
OmHuSaaRa went through a lot of abuse as a kid, both physically, verbally and sexually. He was able to find ways to overcome and heal his trauma and the resulting PTSD. In this workshop, you will learn tools that help one overcome trauma or at least introduce one to the possibility of healing these wounds.
