Returning to Black Rock City in 2014 with his 4’ x 8’ Titty boards, he is building a city of titties two by two during the day. You choose the paint color, Tittyman applies it artfully with his special painting technique and then assists in the transfer to a titty board! Do not forget to sign your pair to immortalize your titty soul forever! This master provides a unique public interactive art experience incorporating the special anatomy of women. Look for the titty boards from previous years. Placed on the road, glowing under black lights at night.
