Description:

Citizens of BRC are encouraged to bring/deposit dying phosphorescent safety sticks and festival accessories (glowsticks, glow necklaces, night ID sticks, etc) to the perimeter art gate of Conception called AFTERGLOW, where a clear mesh and tube structure will allow for citizens to interact/add/modify their daily phosphorescent debris.
