Description:

My workshop is both didactic and experiential. During this workshop,
individuals will learn valuable tools to help move them through the
various challenges of finding and manifesting one’s calling. This is a
chance for people to refocus and get reinvigorated in obtaining the
life they want to lead.

The workshop will assist participants to:
- Understand the difference between calling and career
- Be clearer in one’s identity and purpose
- Experience various self-discovery techniques
- Reduce anxiety and stress
- Build a support network
